Boxing Day should not be Christmas dinner again. We are open for lunch and dinner on Saturday 26 December with something rather better in mind.
Our kitchen builds a menu for the 26th that makes intelligent use of everything Christmas leaves behind — the sort of cooking that is genuinely better the day after. Fires lit, a long lunch, and nobody cooking it but us.
